Greg joined Glenwood as Controller in August of 2015. In addition to the experience that Greg brings to Glenwood managing Financial and Manufacturing operations, he also brings a broad span of experience including Investment Banking, Financial Advisory and Institutional Sales and Trading Management experience. Prior to joining Glenwood, Greg was the Finance and Operations Manager of Thuro Metal Products, a precision metal parts manufacturer headquartered on Long Island. His Banking experience included time at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and HSBC where he was principally focused residential mortgage companies and markets. Greg grew up in California where he graduated from the Haas Undergraduate School of Business at Cal Berkeley. Go Bears! He then headed east to seek his fortune, with a stop in Chicago to get his MBA from the University of Chicago. Away from his commitment to supporting the growth and development of the Glenwood family, Greg is very involved with his local church where he has served on the Board of Trustees and as Treasurer. Also, he is an avid racing sailor and a licensed Private Pilot. Greg has raced many different sailboats across Long Island Sound, on the Chesapeake Bay, as well as nationally and internationally, but the most significant prize that he has won while sailing was meeting his wife, Carolyn.
